Community Partnership Program
At Harmony Haven Nursing & Behavioral Health Services, we believe access to quality mental health education should extend beyond traditional clinical settings. Our Community Partnership Program was created to support non-profit organizations, senior centers, faith-based groups, and community programs through accessible, evidence-based psychiatric education.
Led by a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), these partnerships provide trusted, consistent mental health education focused on older adults, caregivers, and underserved communities—delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.
